So So Close..the girls where a few minutes away from getting another 3 pts from their encounter with Sooke but the game ended in a 2-2 draw with goals by Jessica and Daniella. A third (lovely goal) by Jamie was deemed to have been offisde :( This was a very interesting game to observe as LakeHill provided three officials and the two sideline officials where very sharp in this game. There where a lot of very narrow and well called Offsides in this match which both teams playing their defenses "up" to catch the offside! Players of the match included Maressa who was a real midfield and defensive force with some of the best clearing kicks and passes! ..and Callie was stellar in Goal coming up with some great saves!A good effort in this the last league game..bring on the post-season!
